The services we offer fall into one of two categories: Executive Education and Training and Consulting.

EXECUTIVE EDUCATION & TRAINING IN PRICING

Over the years, we have conducted dozens of open-enrolment workshops, in places as diverse as Melbourne, Manila and Mumbai. We also co-present the “Pricing Strategy & Revenue Management” Executive Education Programme every quarter at the Centre for Pricing Management at Lancaster University Management School in the UK.

We have also conducted numerous customised in-house workshops for corporate clients. Depending on the company, customisation may include, inter alia, illustrating key concepts with in-house data, using product and customer examples that are immediately recognisable by the participants, using company P&L terminology, measures, ratios, references, company performance management process and other metrics, and the integration with company development programs, the use of in-house language, concept schematics and process stages.
